Jordan Ford has fired up a roughly 50,000-square-foot Pro Elite commercial service center in Live Oak, bringing 35 oversized service bays online to handle Class 1–7 commercial trucks as well as electric models. Built to work on both Ford and non-Ford fleets, the new operation pairs extended hours with mobile service units to help local contractors and delivery operators keep their wheels turning instead of sitting in a repair queue, as reported by Community Impact.
The Jordan Ford Pro Elite Commercial Service Center officially opened with a ribbon cutting on Thursday, according to Community Impact. Jordan Ford describes the site as a Ford Pro Elite certified facility, with technicians trained on commercial platforms, EV-capable bays and mobile service vans aimed at supporting fleet operators where they work. The dealership also notes that the center will provide loaner trucks and Ford Pro telematics support so fleet managers can schedule maintenance around their routes and cut down on downtime.
