SAN ANTONIO – Local officials are asking serious questions after a San Antonio man was fatally shot by ICE agents 11 months ago.

For 11 months, the public was not told that federal immigration agents shot and killed a San Antonio man while he was on vacation in South Padre, a delay that has now sparked calls for an independent investigation and the release of body-camera footage.
