A man accused of leaving the scene a fatal hit-and-run with a bicyclist will start his trial on Tuesday.
Kenneth Arthur Relitz, 36, was charged with collision involving death after police said he fatally struck 38-year-old Geoffrey Stuart Shafer while he was riding his bike in the 9100 block of Culebra Road on Sept. 21, 2022.
