Since July 2024, KSAT-12 reporter Devan Karp has been telling the Alamo City’s story through dedicated daily reporting at Good Morning San Antonio. This week, however, he stepped away from the station to start a new chapter in his own story.
In a Thursday social media update, Karp’s colleague and fellow GMSA reporter RJ Marquez announced Karp’s final run with the news team: “Today was Devan’s last day at KSAT-12! An awesome reporter with a great attitude, work ethic and bright future! Congrats to Devan and his next chapter, but he’ll definitely be missed!”
The post featured a photo of the two standing side by side, with Karp sporting the signature ear-to-ear grin that many fans love him for. In the comments, viewers wished him the best and showed appreciation for his time at the station…
