The San Antonio attorney who bills himself as the “Dopest lawyer in town” has been arrested again, this time on a felony charge accusing him of assaulting a pregnant woman.
Daniel Micah Mehler, 40, was arrested Feb. 22 on a charge of assault of a pregnant person, a third-degree felony, according to a Bexar County arrest warrant affidavit. He posted a $50,000 bond and was released from the Bexar County jail the next day.
