The San Antonio company that worked on a UPS jet in the weeks before it crashed and exploded in Louisville, Ky., has been sued over the disaster again — this time by the wife of one of the pilots, who was from Texas.
The spouse of pilot Dana Justin Diamond, of Caldwell, filed the wrongful death lawsuit against ST Engineering San Antonio Aerospace, along with General Electric Co. and Boeing Co., in Kentucky state circuit court.
It’s at least the sixth lawsuit against the firm, referred to as VT San Antonio Aerospace Inc. in the complaint, over the November crash that left three crew and 12 people on the ground dead…
