‘It put a hole plumb through my heart’: Tennessee mother seeks answers after daughter fatally shot on San Antonio’s east side

SAN ANTONIO — A Tennessee mother is pleading for answers after her 40-year-old daughter was fatally shot last year on San Antonio’s east side, as police announced new details in the case and a reward for information leading to an arrest.

The victim, identified by police as Jacqueline Sisco, was shot just after 5 a.m. on Nov. 6, 2025, near Center Street and East Commerce Street, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

Investigators said Sisco was getting out of a black car at the corner of Center Street and North Olive Street when someone inside the vehicle shot her in the back. She collapsed in front of a nearby home and was later pronounced dead…
