Eight years after a northwest-side ambush took his life, the family of Christopher Polk is still waiting for answers. Polk, known onstage as Chris P, was gunned down on Loop 410 after leaving a nightclub on Feb. 24, 2018, and died at the scene. Loved ones have kept his APE Life brand and memory alive, but say the lack of arrests has turned grief into a long, grinding search for justice.
SAPD Re-releases Surveillance Footage
According to the San Antonio Police Department, homicide investigators recently re-released surveillance video that appears to show a silver SUV and a black sedan trailing Polk’s vehicle on the Loop 410 access road.
