California-based Fatburger has had a slow introduction to the San Antonio market since the restaurant’s parent company, Fat Brands, announced plans to expand in Texas back in 2022. The burger chain’s progression into the Alamo City is now hitting a snag after the closure of one of its few San Antonio locations.
Fatburger has closed its location on San Antonio’s Far Westside near the intersection of 1604 and Culebra Road. The restaurant posted a letter to its front door to let customers know that it is no longer operating.
“We want to extend our heartfelt thanks for your support and for allowing us to be a part of your community. Over the years, your loyalty has meant everything to us,” the letter said…
