A man is accused of throwing a woman to the ground while she was carrying a 3-month-old baby as they were arguing at a Southwest Bexar County gas station.
Juan Cisneros, 28, is charged with assault family violence and abandoning or endangering a child, according to Bexar County court records. A judge set his bail at $13,500.
