The Texas-born Buc-ee’s travel center chain—known for its massive stores, famously clean bathrooms, and beaver mascot—has received an F rating from the Better Business Bureau, according to a report from the Daily Mail.
The rating comes after nearly 90 complaints were filed against the company, with the BBB citing a “failure to respond to 88 complaints” among the reasons for the failing grade, according to the report.
