The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office says KSAT-TV meteorologist Elliot Wilson attacked a woman and left her with a broken nose.
Wilson, 32, who joined the station in December, was charged with assault causing bodily injury to a family member, a misdemeanor charge. He was booked early Friday, and bail was set at $2,500.
