(NewsNation) — A Texas couple saved the life of an unconscious man behind the wheel on a San Antonio beltway.
Rene Villarreal-Albe noticed a car weaving erratically in traffic before it became clear the driver was unconscious. With his wife, Andrea Walker, recording the heroics, Villareal-Albe pulled out in front of the ca,r using his own vehicle as a barrier.
The driver had reportedly suffered a heart attack and was treated by a passing nurse before being taken to a hospital…
