Man charged with murder after argument on VIA bus ended in shooting on West Side

A suspect is in custody after an argument on a VIA bus spilled into a West Side bus stop, ending in a deadly shooting.

On Saturday, San Antonio police arrested Armando Aaron Rodriguez Jr., 26, on a murder charge in a Feb. 27 shooting that killed Gregorio Garza, 40. According to an arrest affidavit, Rodriguez argued that he shot Garza in self-defense.
