SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Police Department said an off-duty park police officer was arrested Tuesday night. He is accused of assaulting his wife.
Juan Esqueda, 39, was taken into custody just after 9 p.m. by Bexar County Sheriff’s Office deputies after he strangled his wife.
