Pittsburgh’s beloved MilkShake Factory hasn’t yet opened a planned Stone Oak location, but it’s already planning a San Antonio sequel. The gourmet ice cream parlor is working on a new outpost in the Landmark North shopping center at 5518 N. Loop 1604 W.
The new shop will be the third Texas outpost of the small Mid-Atlantic chain. The brand debuted in the state in late 2024 with an outpost in Grapevine. According to recent state filings, renovations of the 1,688-square-foot storefront will begin in early May.
Founder Dana Edwards Manatos launched MilkShake Factory in 2023, but the company’s roots span four generations.
