SAN ANTONIO — A CLEAR Alert has been issued for a missing woman last seen on the south side of San Antonio.
The San Antonio Police Department is searching for Amanda Carrasco, 23, who was last seen around 9:45 p.m. on March 21 in the 5000 block of Roosevelt Avenue near Rilling Road.
Police describe Carrasco as 4 feet 10 inches tall, weighing about 220 pounds, with brown eyes…
