A San Antonio restaurant owned by three brothers is mourning the death of one of its co-founders.

Axel Oliva, who founded Peruvian restaurant Leche de Tigre alongside his brothers Emil and Alec in 2023, died at 31 years old on March 29, 2026. The Michelin-recognized restaurant is closing temporarily from Tuesday, March 31, to Thursday, April 2, as the family and team grieve the loss, per a post from the outpost on Instagram.
