SAN ANTONIO — A statewide manhunt led to an arrest on San Antonio’s northeast side on Tuesday afternoon, according to officials.
Around 1:30 p.m., law enforcement officers surrounded a home in the 9400 block of Heidelberg Street, near Randolph Boulevard and I-35.
