SAN ANTONIO, Tx — Kirby city council met Monday night to discuss abuse of power and hostile work environment allegations against Councilwoman Susan Street.
The list of allegations against Councilwoman Street is long. She’s accused of telling City Manager Brian Rowland that she has never punched anyone in her life, while wringing a paper towel close to his face during a closed session meeting.
In that same meeting Councilwoman Street also called him a used car salesman. Street is also accused of agreeing with comments on Facebook referring to the city manager as a manipulative expletive…
