SAN ANTONIO — A routine traffic stop on the southwest side escalated into a foot pursuit and arrest of two teens, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
DPS said a trooper pulled over a Chevrolet Malibu off Medina Base Road for a broken brake light and expired registration tags.
