LEMON GROVE, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — Traffic was backed up on an eastern San Diego County freeway connector Sunday morning after a vehicle rolled and the driver had to be rescued.
The California Highway Patrol reports an SUV flipped onto its roof just before 10 a.m. on the State Route 94 and State Route 125 connector in Lemon Grove.
