San Diego’s street vendor ban overturned by California court

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Street vendors are flocking back to downtown San Diego after a three-judge California Court of Appeal panel ruled the city of San Diego’s crackdown on “rogue” street vendors violates CA SB 946, a 2018 which eliminated criminal penalties for sidewalk vending violations.
