A San Diego poker dealer allegedly sparked a wildfire that burned more than 100 acres.
The New York Post reported on Monday, August 17, that Brandon Glasgo, 30, who worked at Jamul Casino Resort, was arrested Monday morning on suspicion of arson.
Glasgo is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday, as per the outlet.
The blaze, which is being called the ‘Sorrento Fire’, broke out Sunday afternoon between Sorrento Valley Boulevard and Carmel Mountain Road and quickly grew to 131 acres in San Diego’s Peñasquitos Creek area, prompting evacuation orders and warnings for nearby residents.
