SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A famous Chinese restaurant chain known for its viral wok-fired dishes and fragrant Hunan-style cuisine is about to open its first U.S. location in San Diego.
Founded in 1997 by Fei Lianghui in the Chinese province of Hunan, the brand “Chef Fei” has expanded to more than 200 restaurants across China and can soon be found in the U.S.
Chef Fei was the recipient of the China Golden Chef award, the highest honor of Chinese chefs, in 2018. He then earned the title of China’s King of Stir-Fry in 2020 and became a Forbes China F&B (Food and Beverage) pioneer four years later…
