Extreme Heat Watch For San Diego

The National Weather Service says San Diego is under an extreme heat watch due to a local heat wave.

That will increase temperatures about five-to-10 degrees above average for daytime highs and overnight lows. A heat advisory is in effect for inland valleys and mountains through 10 am Tuesday. After that, the heat will be more widespread.
