SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — San Diego County has broken ground on a new facility which will be the first of its kind in California to serve youth recovering from severe behavioral health crises.
On Tuesday, the county’s behavioral health community celebrated the renovation of a 10,000-square-foot building in Kearny Mesa that will become the new Children’s Crisis Residential Center (CCRC).
