A 19-year-old man suspected of 12 felonies, including statutory rape, stemming from an alleged inappropriate relationship, has been arrested, the El Cajon Police Department announced Tuesday.
The department said in a statement that they were notified in April “by staff at Grossmont High School that they had discovered an inappropriate relationship between an adult staff member who worked as a performance expert and a student.”
