SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Residents of a Black Mountain Ranch San Diego neighborhood say months of concerns over parties at a nearby home reached a new level over the weekend when hundreds of teenagers flooded their street following a gathering at a pool.
Videos recorded by residents show a large crowd of young people filling the residential street and moving through the neighborhood. Neighbors described the scene as unlike anything they had experienced during previous gatherings at the home.
