6 dead, including children, in separate plane crashes in California

Six people are dead after two separate planes crashed over Labor Day weekend, including at an airport in San Diego on Monday, Sept. 7.

It comes as five people were killed after an Amazon cargo plane overran a runway in Florida on Sept. 6 and as officials search for a small plane that failed to land in Florida on Labor Day.

The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating both crashes in California.
