The storm’s motion is tracking generally northwest, placing communities including Temecula and Murrieta directly in the path of the approaching cell as it continues its trajectory.
The warning polygon stretches from near Lake Elsinore and Menifee in the north down through Fallbrook and Pala to the south, covering a wide swath of inland Southern California communities along the Interstate 15 corridor.
