SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Authorities have identified the second victim of a fiery San Diego plane crash that killed two men.
Frederic Carl Hewett and Roger Shimizu died when a small Cessna airplane crashed and burst into flames on the runway at San Diego’s Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport on Sept. 7.
