SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A man who was arrested Thursday after investigators linked him to threats mailed to a high school in unincorporated El Cajon, a San Diego bank and a private residence pleaded not guilty in court Tuesday.
The judge ordered no bail after hearing the prosecution during the arraignment.
