SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — The man who was accused of starting a fire and later died during a shooting involving San Diego police in North Park has been identified.
In a news release Tuesday morning, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office said police responded to a vandalism call the morning of Sept. 16 near the intersection of El Cajon Boulevard and Oregon Street.
