Wynn Engineering, which has been involved with the development of virtually every parcel of land in Valley Center since the early 70’s, is closing its doors in Valley Center and moving to Rancho Bernardo.
Gary Wynn, who has owned the business since 1993 when he purchased it from his dad, Val Wynn, has sold to Tyler Scott and Jeff Koloski, but will stay on as engineer emeritus…
