The San Diego County District Attorney’s Office is scheduled to hold a press conference Wednesday morning to formally announce murder charges against Cedric “Charles” Von Ferdinand (also identified in court records as Cedric Van Fernadand), the primary defendant in an extensive real estate fraud and theft case connected to the estate of Nadine Jett.
