SPRING VALLEY, Calif. – Clean-up efforts are underway after extreme rainfall flooded many homes in San Diego. On Jamacha Road you can see mattresses, floorboards and other furniture sitting outside that was ruined by the flooding. Residents say they’re feeling helpless and are wanting the local government to do more to help them.
