Pedestrian injured in early morning crash

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A pedestrian was injured after being hit by a truck early Thursday morning, according to authorities.

Sailor dies in SR-163 rollover crash

The San Diego Police Department said officers received a call around 6:45 a.m. reporting that a crash had happened at the intersection of Cardin Street and Ronson Road in the Kearny Mesa neighborhood.

Preliminary information said a white pick-up truck was involved and the victim was a 40-year-old woman. Authorities said the patient was taken to the hospital with injuries.
