American Airlines Refuses to Accommodate Disabled Veteran Amputee and Violates ADA and ACAA…AGAIN.

When Brian tried to check in, the American Airlines ticket agent was beyond unprofessional.

They let another customer cut in line in front of Brian at check in, got distracted and nearly booked Brian a different flight by mistake. I had paid for more legroom to accommodate Brian and the agent bumped him to a seat with very limited mobility. Brian is 6’6, 285 pounds and a competitive weightlifter that uses a wheelchair.
