A toddler was struck by a car and killed on the Rincon Reservation Monday morning, November 4, around 8:30 a.m. Officers from the California Highway Patrol-Oceanside Area Office responded to a vehicle versus juvenile crash in the 100 block of Morningstar Road. According to the CHP a male was driving a vehicle when it collided with a 1-year-old juvenile boy who was in the roadway.
