The Grossmont College men’s water polo team captured the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference (PCAC) championship for the third time in the last four seasons. The Griffins got off to a strong start, finishing the first quarter with a 4-3 lead, thanks to goals from sophomore Jake Simpson (2), freshman Miles Boone (1), and sophomore Lucas Draper (1). Palomar College responded with a 3-1 run in the second quarter, ending the half with a 6-5 advantage.
