San Diego, CA – A winter weather advisory remains in effect for the San Bernardino and Riverside County mountains from 10 a.m. Sunday through 4 p.m. Monday, with up to 5 inches of snow and strong winds expected.

According to the National Weather Service, snowfall will primarily affect elevations above 5,500 feet, with lighter accumulations possible as low as 4,500 feet. Wind gusts ranging from 55 to 65 mph on desert mountain slopes could create hazardous travel conditions…
