SAN DIEGO — The statewide “daylighting” law is now being enforced in San Diego, which means drivers can get a ticket if they’re parked within 20 feet of an intersection. CBS 8 learned many people got tickets over the weekend in Normal Heights.
“What intersection” This is confusing. It’s confusing for everybody,” said Carlos, who lives in Normal Heights and didn’t give his last name. “The city doesn’t have to paint red or put a sign or something.”.
