Ocean View Hills hoarder home draws interest from several investors and families

SAN DIEGO — After years of court battles, an open house was held for a hoarder home Thursday in Ocean View Hills, giving neighbors hope that a new chapter is about to begin.

The realtor for the property on Mariner Drive, declined to share her name for safety reasons, but told CBS 8 she’s received at least 100 calls from people interested in purchasing the property since it was listed last week. She said the majority of them have been investors.
