SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — The man accused of setting fire to the abandoned InCahoots Dance Hall & Saloon in Mission Valley has changed his plea in court.
Joel Humphrey, 47, is now pleading guilty after originally pleading not guilty at his arraignment.

Humphrey is facing a felony charge of reckless burning of a structure.
The fire broke out in the early morning hours of Christmas Day at the long-empty building that once was home to the InCahoots night club at 5373 Mission Center Road.
