VISTA, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — A law enforcement operation in Vista led to the arrest of 14 individuals on Thursday for violation of the city’s homeless encampment ban, authorities said.
According to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office, there have been ongoing concerns from the community about unauthorized encampments and public nuisance issues in the 400 block of La Tortuga Drive.
