ESCONDIDO, Calif. — A helicopter made an emergency landing on a road that runs parallel to Interstate 15 in North County Sunday afternoon.
San Diego Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of an aircraft that had landed on North Centre City Parkway at 2:19 p.m.
