San Diego could see light rain and even an afternoon thunderstorm this weekend as a low-pressure system moves south and east across Southern California.
The National Weather Service office in San Diego said Friday that weekend weather will be “cloudy with a slight chance of rain in the morning, then mostly cloudy with a chance of rain and a slight chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon.”
The chance of measurable precipitation on Saturday is 50%, dropping to 20% on Sunday, but “rainfall amounts will generally be light and decrease from north to south.”…
