EL CAJON, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — Three lanes of eastbound Interstate 8 in El Cajon were blocked due to a crash involving a dump truck, according to California Highway Patrol.
The collision occurred near the interchange with northbound State Route 67, stopping traffic on the three left lanes of eastbound I-8 around 10:30 a.m.
