CHULA VISTA, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — Smiles lit up the South Bay on Saturday afternoon as nearly 200 children received brand-new bicycles during the Chula Vista Summer Safety Fair, an event organized by the Rotary Clubs of Chula Vista.
Outside the Loma Verde Community Center, children waited eagerly in line to receive their bikes—many for the first time.
